While a Blower single fan this is still a beast! These can be better at efficiency than the claims, just reduced in the Adrenalin Software the Power Limit to like 30% less and most say dial back the fan a little and these are nice 4K card and for nothing more than a coupon code to get it for $405 is a nice price
About same despite having Vega 64 having higher potential specs. Game optimization a major factor. Some say vega is 10% better somewhere between gtx 1080 and 1070ti. Main reason is vega 64 is free sync capable. 10 times more monitors available for free sync versus special monitor chip needed for g-sync. Vega 64 is more power hungry too despite 14nm with vega 64 and 16nm gtx1070ti. General rule: get amd for ryzen processor get nvidia for intel processor.
^ That's sums it up pretty well for this Vega 64. I'd say if wanting a 4K card, it's this or just rung-up to the GTX 1080. Seeing games moving quickly toward DX12/Vulcan this Vega still has life in it to make strides. While the GTX 1070 Ti was developed (gelded) to split (win against the 56 but not truly besting a V64) there more parity between this Vega 64 and a GTX 1080 in the 4K and this is the only place (or now up the rungs to RTX) you'd consider
