While this or GTX 1660 with a more generic cooler single fan, see I think vale/performance is with the Sapphire is better. That said right today for $10 more for this EVGA dual fan (06G-P4-1167-KR) working a $20 code, it's hard to choose this RX 590 no matter how you feel.
