I have one of these, and the suction is phenomenally good; however the WiFi setup is really difficult , and despite having a camera for "mapping" the vacuum is as dumb as a post. It ALWAYS gets stuck under the dining room chairs, and one would think that after it has happened 3 times, it would save an image in its memory equivalent to "don't go under there, I always get stuck." But it doesn't. Additionally, the "magnetic tape" approach to walling off rooms is a total failure vs. roomba's infrared "virtual wall" approach. You just can't put down magnetic tape on your hardwoor floors. Finally, I have to shut the bathroom doors when I run it, because while the vacuum can enter the bathrooms, it can't get back up the marble threshold. The "big wheels" they advertise could totally do it, but the programming is wrong. It needs to make one more big push at a door threshold, rather than climb it, only to retreat at the moment it has actually succeeded. All of these problems could be solved with a meaningful firmware update, IMHO.
Only 3.2 stars on I try to avoid anything less than 4 - 4.5 stars, though it is starting to get hard to tell since there's so many fake reviews out there nowadays. Usually when it is a somewhat lower rating though, they tend to be legit reviews.
Good vacuum. Does a nice job. Only issue is the smart home set up. Getting it to work with alexa is an pain. You need smart things hub and then have to activate it on the app. Very complex.
"Why people buy these i have no idea. Get off your rear and use a regular vacuum. Done." My Mom is 82 and can barely walk, let alone sweep or run a vacuum.
Awesome always wanted one of these is there a way I can have it just follow my dogs around wherever they go. I swear they drop a pound of hair a day even after we get done vacuuming, wife and I look at eachother like where the H**L all this hair come from already the next day. LOL.
