Well, one way to use contracts is to sign up with AT&T and have T-Mobile pay your ETF. You just need to have a temporary phone to use with T-Mobile while AT&T unlocks the phone after you paid the ETF.

contracts are dead. Buy a Nexus 5 for $349 or even a S4, Moto X for cheap in a few months and kick that contract out of the door.

Show em how you feel about contracts, go TMobile. Been with them for ages and although their coverage isn't as good as some, with WIFI calling it's rarely a problem. The FCC blocking the ATT TMobile merger was the best thing that could have happened to TMobile. They got a ton of cash and spent it on their network.
