Ryboi is just as good and has 3 year warranty if there is any doubt... I took an 8inch lag screw 1/2 and the Ryobi, Makita, and a Milwalkee we had on the job site for a deck all drilled the lag screw only 3/4 of the way into the 6X6 post.
