Cheap and will work for entry diy but the newer Ryobi don't match the original One+ units I got 15 years ago. Those still take the new batteries but feel much more robust. With these sets have to watch what the actual tool models are. All the brands have lower grade units for these bundles. Still a great value though.
If you are just starting to collect tools the Ryobi brand is what I would recommend. The batteries made today will still work in tools made 20 years ago. There are over 100 tools in production that uses these batteries. This means you can find old used tools with dead batteries to add to your collection and you can count on being able to add new tools in the future.
