Good deal because of the HP 2.0ah and 4.0ah batteries. I believe these have the 2170 cells in them. Of course do not pickup the sprayer. None of the tools are brushless though. Odd that you get HP batteries. Very few Ryobi kits include the new HP batteries including even Brushless ones. There were 250+ available a couple days ago now only 40+ So be aware. Bonus: Paypal has 3%CB at home depot atm.
^ It is very unlikely they have 21700 cells in them, because the 2Ah pack with 5 cells would be more than 2Ah, and the 4Ah pack is clearly 2S5P (10 cell) pack and likewise would be more than 4Ah.
It's possible that they've simply stopped making the older packs but to me that is a bad thing because I loved being able to get their two pack of 4Ah batteries at Home Depot, on sale for $80 every few weeks.
Oops! According to TTC and Ryobi The p195 3.0ah has 21700 cells but only outputs 60amp peak. The new HP PBP003 2.0ah and HP PBP004 4.0ah can deliver 80amp peak because of 2 by stacking of 18650 cells. Tools designed with the extra 2 prongs seem to allow higher amperage like the 80amps these new packs can deliver. Longevity seems yet to be determined. I have yet to find tear down vids of the new Ryobi PBP00X HP. That said the new HP PBP004 performed slightly less than the P195 3.0ah with the 21700 cells but close enough to consider equivalent per TTC's testing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fg92TtbY2Y
So TY Dave for the correction. I assumed the higher output was due to having a 21700 cell design. Just seems they put in higher amperage 18650's.
