Not sure if this works, but it allows me to select zip code (15010) with discount, then ship to home for $75 and looks like you can ship to any zipcode. Haven't actually confirmed payment, but it looks like it may work. From another poster, Oregon zip code 97201 has it listed at $699.

In NJ it shows that you can get $1,050 in rebates on this. $750 from PSE&G and $300 as Federal Tax Credit.

Did you follow the directions and pick a store in the 15010 zip code and leave the shipping zip code as your real one? Worked fine here.
