I paid $7 more for this and have been using for a couple months. It works well but you cannot watch continuously without a constant popup that tries to close "live view" so that you don't drain the battery. However I can say that the solar panel and battery keep the camera always saying "100% charge" even at night. The motion detecting security light is a bonus. Sadly I also discovered that this camera cannot be added to an NVR.
