You can make your own "swamp cooler" for 1/10th the price of this with a few parts from a hardware store, a big fan and a huge tote. These won't work in the midwest or anywhere there is any real humidity. They work great in places like Las Vegas where the humidity is pegged at a solid 3% when it's 100 degrees but you already know this if you live in Vegas.
