Bought one last week. Ad says open box. Mine was brand new sealed in the carton. Heats up to 700 degrees. Pizza cooks in 5 to 7 minutes .Very nice oven for the price. One exception! The electric start does not fire! Most likely you will have to use a gas grill butane lighter to start the pizza oven. Be careful for fire blow back when lighting. Set temperature valve to low then light. Other than that AWESOME buy!

I'd invest in a good baking steel instead and throw it in the oven at 500 for 2 hours

This is about the cheapest you can make a good pizza. I came here to comment how there is now way it can do a good job at this price, but looked closer at it and now I want to try it!
