    I am rather wary of the refurbs. I don't know anyone who has actually purchased any refurb items.

    Better price per inch deal then the 40 inch for 125 on black Friday. Be nice if it's an Android os so I install jailbroken apps like commercial free YouTube

    I generally don't have an issue with refurbs, its more the brand in question. Everybody has problems. It's nice if you can find out what the issues tend to be on the forums and what the fix is they came up with if you can. With all the software in stuff these days often it was a bad update that bricked it.
