Trash. "Equivalent wattage" ratings were debunked long ago.. And I am seriously doubting their "efficiency" (efficacy?) claims as well. With lenses over the diodes this would have to stay pretty far away from your plants as well. The light is the most important part of a proper indoor garden, steer clear of this one
