Unclear why this is worth $61 more dollars than basically the same exact kit that Costco sells all the time for $50

The Costco ones look like they have a single filament in them. These look like each bulb has two filaments. This may or may not be important to you. (Of course the "filaments" are LEDs.) And the ones in this bargain are bigger in size.
