Don't know this vendor but 2021 is a one-time fee. 360 is the subscript.

Got this last time and well my laptop froze and had to wipe it. Never buy this again people. Don't trust stacksocial.

I emailed their support and asked if it was linked to only 1 computer. It is. That means it's only a lifetime license if you keep the same computer forever (not likely).

I think not, @Davevman, just as Windows is locked to your computer configuration, so is Office. If you wipe and reinstall, everything will work.
