Bought this refurbished from Newegg back in May 2020 and it still works great. I have a detached concrete block garage and haven't had problems unless our internet is down (in the country it happens a lot).

got it for about two years now, in geranial, it works fine but once a while it won't connect and had to open the garage using original remote then this device connects, customer support was no help.
