My suggestion - move on. This is the exact same model that I was issued by my firm. As an Engineer, I find the 8th gen i5 just inadequate. Also the 13" screen is just too small - I need a ton of windows open at any one time - it really did feel like a step down from my prior 2014 i7 macbook pro 15.4" but it's the only model the firm uses.
Also this model I've found has real issues with USB-C monitors. Doesn't negotiate reliably and no matter the cables, it regularly refuses to negotiate properly - it's fingers crossed everytime I plug in the monitor.
