Bought a pair and just tried them out. Each glove has a Lithium Polymer battery that can come out completely to be charged. The tip of the pointer finger has a special material so you can use your touchscreen devices. I have regular sized hands and got a Large, the fit is pretty snug so if you have even slightly above average size hands get the XL. It's not very cold out right now but the warming ability seems pretty good.
I ride my bicycle every day, hot or cold, rain or shine, whatever. I bought a pair of these and they were missing the charging cable; stepped in, contacted the vendor, who then contacted me -- upshot is that (supposedly) they are sending a cable my way. Then in a box of old puter stuff I came across a cable that fits perfectly, I charged up both batteries. These things are warm. I have big hands, xl just barely makes it for me. My concern, mostly, is how are they w/r/t wind -- many gloves say that they are windproof but they aren't at all. We shall see.
