I own one of these that I paid more for a while ago to replace my Razer Deathadder which was broken. I just picked up another one to replace my broken Razer Naga. Can you see the pattern here? These are totally worth it.
I have this mouse. It's not for everyone. It's really wide and when most people try it they say it's very uncomfortable to use. I agree somewhat but like all the buttons on the side that I program for use with my CAD software.
