Looks like you have to get this game from a Win10 PC or your xbox. It won't let me purchase from Win 7 despite having multiple compatible devices on my xbox live account.

Same here. Also doesn't work on my Win7 machine. Additionally, it takes you to the India page for some reason? Looks like a terrible game anyway.
