I think touch screens should be mandatory with Win8 as it makes a lot more sense. I bet by this time next year, all new windows laptops will have touch screens. I would not be surprised if Apple follows suit with touch screens and an "IOS on top of OSX" offering some time soon. Although, this time they will follow instead of leading.
We grabbed 2 of the 11" models when first released. Truly believe 11" is the sweet spot for typical use. As noted above, the weight of the 13" could, for some, be an issue.
I've had the opportunity to spend some time with the 13". It's a great machine....no doubt. The additional weight for me's the deal breaker.
The "Yoga 11S" is a forthcoming Lenovo model (Due June '13?) that will supposedly have similar specs to the Yoga 13 in a smaller form factor. I am not sure of the upgradeability of that model. When and if it becomes available, it might be an even more attractive offering for those who are more motivated to replace a tablet with a full blown windows 8 offering. I might have gone for it if it was available and could somehow be had with 8GB RAM and at least 256GB SSD. I need to run virtual machines as part of my work so the extra RAM and storage is pretty much mandatory.
BTW, I mostly post worthless comments, and lame attempts at being funny, but it's nice to know that some of what I post is at least useful to someone. Regards.
Thank you!
