    After a big initial splash this company has kinda disappeared, at least in part I think due to financial trouble. I'm wondering what kind of support one can expect from them regarding OS upgrades, warranty, etc. Anyone know?

    If you can get one of these for ~100, it makes a great spare phone. If you have a family member still on a dumb phone, it's an awesome upgrade to bring them up to speed without too much cost.

    The default launcher is garbage. And there hasn't been a software update in over a year. And Le Eco is Le Dying. But you can install Lineage OS (update to Cyanogen) and get Android 7.1.2. If you do go that route you have to follow the Le S2 instructions.

    It doesn't say this but I rename the lineage and gapps zip files so I don't have to type as much when I use the push command.

    Price provides easy access to this GSM smart phone with very respectable features. In the 2 phones I have purchased, with ATT is the provider, the phone's voice mic transmits at a much lower voice volume and caused me to raise my voice when speaking into the mic. Their user community blog site has provided some insight to improve voice mic volume. One hint was to deselect (4G) LTE PRIORITY, and change it to 3G PRIORITY in the Network Mode setting. The setting might have been flipped but that change has made an improvement in mic volume output.
