Reviews say not an atomic clock that auto adjust/sets own time. Doesn't have FM radio as an alarm either. I can get both features in a alarm clock on for this price. I'm out.

I'm not sure whether or not the government still transmits the over-the-air signal those clocks need.
@Sizzlechest, Coordinated Universal Time is broadcast from 2 areas in the US, Golden Colorado and Hilo, Hawaii at 2.5, 5.0 and 10MHz. Many other spots in the world also broadcast it. (Lots of people think of this as Greenwich Mean time).
