When these get dull (they will), you have to send them in to sharpen them.

^ Not serrated so you can probably get away with using a diamond sharpening stone.

However one review mentioned "free lifetime sharpening at Kyocera’s CA plant".

Use a laser cutter. They never need sharpening.

I have had before they are also brittle and crack on the cutting edge in time.
