Seems like it doesn’t live up to the normal Kreg brand. Plasticy. And relies on the reference edge being smooth.

I have the older version of this and was never very happy with it. Too plasticy and flimsy

Better than nothing but clamping a board as a gate is better and cheaper. Money better spent towards getting even a cheap table saw if you have the space.
