If you have a push mower sized yard, you will probably love upgrading to a battery powered cordless lawn mower. The only maintenance is sharpening the blade and cleaning grass out of the deck's underside, and there is no oil or gas to worry about spilling out if you need to flip the mower on it's side to clean it out. They are so much quieter, produce little or no heat, start up without problems as long as you remember to charge your batteries, and are powerful and produce a great cut. I upgraded last year and have zero regrets.
With that said, for me a 16" cut is way too narrow, I have a 20" cut mower. I would only use this for a tiny yard.
