Amazing value. We paid more than this for a lesser model (but US made) KitchenAid mixer 45 years ago. Still using it!

Joining on the "lasts forever" train as long as it's maintained. Even if it's abused, there is one cheap and easily replaceable part (a worm gear if I remember correctly) that is MADE to break so as to protect the more expensive componentsn

This model comes with the "Flat Beater" attachment. I like the "Flex Edge Beater" much better as it has a spatula type edge and scrapes the bowl side as it mixes. You can get just that attachment pretty cheap though if you search for it online.

Kitchen Aid 5 qt mix enough for home using, i bought one from Costco 6 qt too big it takes much of my countertop.
