Didn't see ANC mentioned in the product description, only that a reviewer said it's not ANC but CNC which also means PNC from the silicone eartips. Lotsa 5-star reviews which are very current so product is new on & who knows if these are somehow paid product reviews by seller by reimbursing cost to buyers after they post a positive review. Overall, looks like an affordable deal to take a chance on.
