HUGE deal. HUUUUUUUUUGE. Picked one up a few months back with the student discount at $400. This thing is for sure the best chromebook I've seen for less than $500. The only minor nit is the screen display is not super bright, but not dim by any means. I would buy six and sell them for $600 a piece (Best Buy's default price is $629) if did that sort of thing.
I wouldn't even know where to start with all the pros...fantastic backlit keyboard, dark-tone keys, up-facing speakers, fingerprint sensor, 2-in-1, 10 hours battery life, awesome 8GB RAM and zippy Core i3, touchscreen, super-thin bezel, digital camera switch, that awesome new electronics smell...the list just goes on.
Of course one of the first things I did was turn on the Linux VM and install Visual Studio Code, which runs flawlessly.
Fairly certain it works with a USI stylus, but those are very slim pickins right now. Fortunately my college student kid is mainly doing the college student stuff, e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Zoom, Google Docs, etc.
