If it had just a wee bit more memory it would actually be worth something. As is, even gramma would be annoyed with it.
I think you're worried about the wrong thing. I have one of these Ryzen 7 based machines (not this one), and with 12GB, I think it dedicates 2GB to the integrated GPU and leaves you 10GB for Windows and applications. Not bad, and if you need to, I think you can upgrade later as far as 32GB. It's trivial to swap the 4GB SODIMM for a second 8GB one and have 16GB total.
