Nest has it built in. But sadly not the external temp sensors which is annoying.

If you have a Nest it has a built in hygrometer. Mostly designed to fire up a whole house humidifier so no need to buy this if you have a neat. And want the humidity where the nest is. However their optional sensors that give you temps in other room do not give you humidity in the other rooms. Which I find annoying.
