A good deal but be aware that these ladders are extremely heavy.

They are heavy at 41-ish lbs. Some reviewers on Home Depot complain about the plastic knobs breaking. This seems logical but it is a tiny fraction of the reviews (

Agree with testmonkey. Too heavy. I had one and ended up returning. Got tired if hauling it around for little jobs.
