Well IDK having to work a $20 Rebate to just get in down to $170 feel pretty-much the average going deal and, still pricey for their AORUS brand which is the entry build/construction. A card like this 4Gb would normally MSRP for $200 when the showed April 2017. So $10 drop and a $20 Rebate isn't thrilling... this or say $20 less for a 570 that going to be petty much similar for 1080p I can't really say it's a buy.

These 3 games are valued at about 140 bucks though...so maybe a good deal if I'm running 1080p?

AGAIN WITH THE REBATE..When is
newegg
going to catch up with the 21 century? I know of no other sales organization that still uses this "ploy" to get business, and anyone that can remember rebates also remember how infrequently they actually GET THEIR MONEY. Somehow they always seem to "lose" your information, or the one that always got me, SORRY, YOU MISSED THE CUTOFF DATE!
All I can say is " CAVEAT EMPTOR "

^ Very true on the game package, although if only at 1080p and on a budget if you find a nice RX570 for $150 -AR with the game it really not going to see a seat-of-the-pants difference more often.

REBATES! - well you understand they have less to do about the distributor (ie
Newegg
) and all about the AIB and in some respects the chip provider? If a AIB has to much stock in the channel they offer rebates to move that while in their minds and the in the way the overall channel/marketing consider they are not truly diluting the advertised sales price. While both Nvidia and AMD go to the AIB and help underwrite them offering rebates with incentives and reimbursement back to the AIB. If AIB's are trying to move chips for Nvidia/AMD you'll see various AIB's helping to dump chips with big rebates ($30) while the OEM/AIB's can keep and claim the "selling price" was always up there which allows them to make the MSRP of the next new release not appear totally unrealistic.

That said, the bulk of people/manufactures can care less of your opinion, they know there's plenty of people willing to take a few seconds to reach down and pick-up that $20 laying there... If you don't why are you stopping to yell that it's down there on the sidewalk? Just keep on walking!
