The AORUS has a Boost of 1295 MHz but $30 for the rebate and that is still the price IDK. The Gigabyte GAMING is 1255Mhzbut only a $20 rebate and $120 final. I'm not sure anting up more and "wagering" (and yes rebate always are) is a deal. There's some enhancement to the AORUS, upgrade 4-heat pipe cooler, real metal backing-plate with the copper heat transfer plate, RGB, fan stop (both).
