There a reason why EVGA did it like this... they "cheeped-out" on this card. From my understanding theirs no heat-pipes just a lub of aluminum and attached fin-stack and why it's a 3 stot and not the coolest running thing so no real OCing, while the PCB is compact and not feature loaded with good components.
