Got mine today. It came in a plain brown box!!! But the content looks brand new. But I think it is refurbished!

I bought one of these through a bens deal a few months ago. It worked 2 times then displayed E2 and stopped. Customer support has promised to ship replacement twice, but still no replacement. I would stay away from them
