The only way to get the fries to look like that coming out of any air fryer is to potentially part boil the potatoes before hand, cool it down and let it dry out and then use the air fryer. You may get some of them to come out looking like.

Must depend on the type/brand of air fryer. We have no trouble fry-cutting potatoes, air frying per instructions and getting results like that pic
