Didn't work on my 2015 Camry. The website identifies the cars that are not compatible.

only work with a newer car that has blue tooth enabled.

It has to do with the the Bluetooth connection not necessarily age. E.g. it's not compatible with the Infiniti QX60 (2019). My Camry has Bluetooth and works fine with my iPhone but not this device.
