I cannot figure out how to insert the bits. I don't yet know whether to return it or do more research on how to get it to work. It spins fine but without bits. It should just work.

I wanted a little grind stone for some metal (inner guides of chain saw chain) but it includes sand paper style things that look like they are for wood.
