DirecTV is offering packages starting at $20 per month for 12 months with 24-month agreement during their Switch and Save event. HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ and Cinemax are also currently included on most packages for 3 months.

They don't say what the rate will be for the second year, but it will probably be tripled.

Yep, shady dealings. If you need sat tv, then go with Dish. I heard they got a better DVR and are cheaper.

Not sure if it's still available, but if you go through Costco you also get a $200 Costco gift card. I just cut the cord tho and am no really looking to go back.

DirecTV should include cone shaped buttplug with this package deal. You will have the same feeling of somebody having you up the *** within 2 years even if you used only one part of this deal.
