I have this one.... not sure if they are all this same issue.. but the clutch is just... terrible. The drill is fine otherwise, but the clutch is very grabby and hard to adjust. And the thing starts & stops with a big jolt as the clutch grabs down on the cylinder to stop rotation. If you don't have it adjusted just right, it will twist your wrist off.

^ Twisting your wrist off is common in this age of uber powerful cordless tools. Be sure to use the side handle, it's there for good reason.
