This is a scam in my view. I twice ordered, one through in-store pickup and one through shipped. The in-store inventory on the site was incorrect, so instead of 30 plus they had 0. I would have had to follow up myself with the store to check inventory or simply return the battery kit. I then tried having the item shipped, which showed available at the purchase time. After a week, I was sent an email that had to be responded to (in less than three days) to either forgo the free tool (automatic if I did not respond) due to availability or be put on a backorder list. Funny, the free tool in question is still showing as available to purchase on the site. My guess is this is a run-out-the-clock game on the return policy, so I will be returning the batteries if I do not receive my tool as this battery pack is only $150 on
