Sometimes you first have to make sure the store location you've selected in the cart has the item available. Then switch to shipping option in the cart, and finally on the checkout page you'll see the option for the extra $1 off to switch to in-store pickup.

Just so everyone understands; you’ll need about $60 in DLC to play this outside the most basic storyline and then whatever this next year brings. Which will be at least another $40.
