Yep, definitely odd number. I'm thinking perhaps 8GB soldered into the MB and then then 2X16G ram put onto the board?

That's why I clicked the comments! Overall, seems like a very interesting deal, but 16' is too big of a laptop for travel for me.

I was thinking it was at 8gb stick and a 32 gb stick...and if I remember correctly this laptop only has only one m.2 slot... and no 10 key number pad on a 16-in laptop is just stupid.
