    Not that bad. Your getting a legal copy of win7 a 19' and a dual core CPU. Needs more ram and a video card but that can be added later when a good deal pops up.

    It maybe an older system, but should work fine. Windows 7 works fine on 2GB of ram, week HD. For about 100 less you can go used via Craig's List.
