Keep the box so when the milk frother broke in couple weeks you can send it back to De'Longhi for repair or exchange. Mine's milk frother broke after two weeks.

Get a Rancilio Silvia ($735) or if you cannot afford that, a Gaggia Classic Pro ($449).
Yes, I know they are a lot more expensive, but it pays off in the long run. Espresso machines break (often) both of the above recommendations have many people selling parts, so they are easy and cheap to fix. Also very well covered on youtube.
Espresso machines costing less than $100 are throwaway devices and typically don't last long.
