Well not a "Gamer Master" and I think a little pricey still! A GT 1030 2Gb is hardly any card that could run that free game at 1080p as even the minimum GPU spec for Division 2 is said for Geforce a GTX 670 and card that is like 125% higher than a GT 1030. While the ASRock A320M-DGS is just a micro-ATX, it works but minimum equipped.
Good News is you can slap in a RX 570 4Gb in this you'll get an excellent 1080p machine. That 80+ 450W is plenty as placing the spec for that CPU and other items and then the RX 570 you only need a 400W. That EVGA 450W isn't a problem and has the 6-pin. Sell that 1030 for $50 and the up-grade might only cost $80. And while Division 2 will be a graphics intensive title it's DX12 roots has it looking like a good operating game on 1080p, while perhaps not Ultra but juggle a couple of settings and even with a $130 RX 570 you are gaming masterfully!
