After measuring, be careful when washing that you don't get water in between the loose fitting plastic parts and short out the electronics....

Looks like a case of technology over-use actually making things more difficult to do. Just grab a measuring cup and have a separate scale for weighing on rare occasions. You can't even wash this without worrying about it messing up. This is stupid.
