    actually a decent camera, and a good price....but phones do so much now right....well this gives you something that has true optical zoom

    Excellent camera for the price and if one is going to buy a refurb getting one from the OEM is most always going to be your best bet.

    I have this camcorder and love it, it has crazy optical zoom, 57x something that phones just dont have yet.

    thousand times better than a phone, but everyone looks at you funny when you use one of these now. I still use mine for best video quality at important events

    Even my aging point 'n shoot camera does better video (with zoom) than a phone... but of course your phone is always with you which makes it handy for those unexpected moments.
