Remember the old days when you paid $10 for a nasty cardboard camera and then $10 to process some grainy photos. While this isn't the latest and greatest, it is more than good enough for a school trip, a beach day or a trip to a water park.
I bought a $60 refurb from Canon a couple of months ago and it looked as good as new.
I would buy a better model, this one doesn't do optical image stabilization and is slow to write to even the quickest of cards... Spend a few bucks more for a better model! they had one in the $40s that did this and higher optical zoom
